Instructions:

Peel the mandarin and separate it into segments.
Add all the ingredients (apples, banana, mandarin, forest fruits) into a blender.
Pour in the yogurt or coconut milk, depending on your preference. For a creamier smoothie, use yogurt.
Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
If desired, add ice cubes for a cooler, more refreshing drink.
