Ingredients:


    1 green apple


    1 red apple


    1 banana


    1 mandarin


    100 g of forest fruits (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)


    200 ml of natural yogurt or coconut milk (optional)


    A few ice cubes (optional, for extra refreshment)


Instructions:


    Wash and chop the apples and banana into smaller pieces.


    Peel the mandarin and separate it into segments.


    Add all the ingredients (apples, banana, mandarin, forest fruits) into a blender.


    Pour in the yogurt or coconut milk, depending on your preference. For a creamier smoothie, use yogurt.
